The Stuph File Program

College is supposed to be the best time of your life with endless fun and carefree living. These perceptions are hiding the reality of a deeper issue that is plaguing millions of students: anxiety and depression. Jake Heilbrunn has a unique understanding of why anxiety and depression are so prevalent today and how to overcome them. He left college to backpack alone through Central America. He shares his own story in his book, Off the Beaten Trail: A Young Man’s Soul-Searching Journey Through Central America
